We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a friendly community team in Cheshire. This role involves delivering pulmonary rehabilitation classes as well as providing one-to-one community physiotherapy to support patients’ recovery and long-term management.
Deliver high-quality pulmonary rehabilitation classes
Provide individualised assessment and treatment in the community
Support patients with long-term respiratory and musculoskeletal conditions
Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider MDT
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient-centred care
HCPC registration
Experience in community physiotherapy and pulmonary rehab
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Available to start immediately
