Are you a Pharmacist with community pharmacy experience looking for a flexible, short-term role with regular hours? We have an excellent opportunity to support a Registered Nursing Home in Gloucester, starting as soon as possible.
This is a support-focused position to assist the care home during a period of medicines management quality improvement. You’ll work alongside the existing team and provide pharmacist-level oversight while a pharmacy technician is being recruited.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting medicines management and governance processes
Assisting with quality improvement initiatives
Providing professional pharmacy input to the care home team
Advising on medication-related queries and best practice
2 days per week (flexible)
9:00am – 5:00pm
Initial 3-month contract, with work expected to run until April
GPhC registered Pharmacist
Community pharmacy experience essential
No prior care home or nursing home experience required
Full training and support provided
Flexible, part-time hours
Supportive working environment
No on-call or weekend work
