📞 150–200 NMS calls per month (likely to be more added shortly, work load could increase!) 

We are recruiting a GPhC-registered Pharmacist to support a busy Community Pharmacy with New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations, delivered fully remotely.

This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity ideal for pharmacists looking to fit additional work around existing commitments.

The Role

• Conduct NMS consultations by phone

• Engage patients clearly and professionally

• Accurately complete NMS documentation

• Support delivery of 150–200 NMS consultations per month (more to come) 

All calling/phone technology will be provided — you simply need a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Working Pattern

• Fully remote

• Flexible days and hours

• Workload available on an ongoing basis

Pay

• £2 per completed NMS phone call

• Paid PAYE via the Community Pharmacy’s payroll

Essential Requirements

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist

• Prior experience delivering New Medicine Service (NMS)

• Fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi

• Access to a laptop (no additional equipment required)
