Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Nurse) – Remote – Hormone/HRT

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a specialist gender-affirming care service and play a key role in supporting patients through their treatment journey. In this role, you will:

• conduct comprehensive patient assessments via video consultations
• support patients with hormone-related treatment plans (HRT exposure desirable)
• manage new patient intakes (approx. 45 minutes per appointment)
• review follow-up patients and adjust treatments where appropriate
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (weekly MDT meeting)
• maintain accurate patient records (AI-supported documentation system)

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• an active UK registration (GPhC or NMC)
• an Independent Prescriber qualification
• experience within hormone therapy / HRT (highly desirable)
• strong communication and patient-centred consultation skills
• a genuine interest in gender-affirming care (training provided if needed)
• ability to work independently in a remote setting

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a flexible, fully remote role offering between 1–5 days per week. Standard working hours are 9am–5pm with a 1-hour break. The contract is ongoing with a strong likelihood of long-term continuation.
