Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Community Neurological Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join a well-established private service in the Channel Islands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly specialist team delivering tailored rehabilitation in a community setting.

The service is made up of specialist Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who provide comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions, as well as support for older adults experiencing reduced mobility or loss of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist assessment and rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions

  • Support older adults with mobility and functional independence

  • Manage a varied community-based caseload autonomously

  • Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist

  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation (community experience desirable)

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full UK driving licence (desirable, depending on role requirements)
