• Job Title: Remote IP Pharmacist
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: Ongoing – as long as possible
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30pm–8:00pm + Saturday full shift, 9:00am–5:00pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £30–£35 per hour via LTD DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting medication reviews for GP practice patients
• Supporting medicines optimisation and safe prescribing
• Working remotely via EMIS
• Managing reviews efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Independent Prescriber qualification is essential
• Strong GP practice / primary care experience
• Confident using EMIS
• Must have own laptop with EMIS access suitable for remote working
• Available to start ASAP and commit ongoing
