JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hunter Gatherer AHP are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Specialist Neuro Outpatient Physiotherapist to support a busy Neuro Outpatient service based in Essex.
The successful candidate will be supporting the service with the assessment and review of patients who have been waiting for treatment, working with a varied caseload of patients from a mixture of neurological backgrounds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Neuro Physiotherapist looking for a part-time locum position with the potential for ongoing work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess and review patients within the Neuro Outpatient service.
Manage patients with a range of neurological conditions and presentations.
Review patients who have experienced longer waiting times.
Develop appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Provide specialist neurological physiotherapy interventions.
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient care.
REQUIREMENTS:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Previous specialist Neuro Physiotherapy experience.
Band 7-level experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
Experience working within an outpatient neurological setting.
Part-time availability.
Right to work in the UK.
