This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to work within a supportive community team, managing a defined caseload and providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

Providing a high-quality community-based physiotherapy service to patients with musculoskeletal conditions across the London Borough of Newham.
Managing a defined caseload of complex cases independently as an autonomous practitioner.
Using strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills in line with evidence-based and client-centred principles.
Working collaboratively with GPwSI colleagues in Rheumatology and Orthopaedics to support effective and efficient patient care pathways.
Contributing to the ongoing development of the team.
Assisting with gym operations.
Providing patients with a positive, encouraging and welcoming experience.
Supporting flexible and accessible appointment pathways and ensuring patients are seen by appropriately skilled professionals.
HCPC registration.
Relevant experience working as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Strong clinical reasoning and autonomous working skills.
Experience managing a complex caseload.
Excellent communication and MDT working skills.
Community MSK experience would be advantageous.
