Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Hunter Gatherer AHP is currently recruiting for an experienced IP Pharmacist to join an NHS Hospital in Bristol on behalf of our esteemed client. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a ward-based pharmacy role and will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services across the wards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading NHS team in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ward-based pharmaceutical services, including the preparation, dispensation, and review of medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to provide expert advice on medication management.
• Support the training and education of staff on medication-related issues.
• Ensure safe and effective medication use across all hospital wards.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Current IP Pharmacist registration.
• Experience in a ward-based pharmacy role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of NHS systems and processes is beneficial.
