X4 Clinical Pharmacists Required – Southend – Band 7

• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacists x4 required
• Location: Southend
• Duration: 6-Month Contract
• Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week (9am – 5pm, 30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: March 2025
• End Date: September 2025
• Rate of Pay: £26 – £31 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across various medical wards and the inpatient dispensary. In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients across medical wards
• Carry out medication reconciliations and provide advice on medication therapy
• Dispense medications for inpatients and manage medicine supply
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with NHS regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• At least 1 year of post-registration experience in a clinical hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from 3, 4, or 5 days per week, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 6 months, starting in March 2025, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
