Are you a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Liverpool? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7)
• Location: Liverpool
• Duration: Ongoing locum position
• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (with possibility of extension)
• Rate of Pay: £28 – £33 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive medication reviews
• Support the safe and effective use of medicines across the hospital wards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
• Provide expert advice on drug therapy and clinical management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assist with discharge planning and medication reconciliation

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Previous wards experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability for 5 days per week. The contract is for an ongoing locum period, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
