• Job Title: Locum Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7/8)
• Location: South London, Private Hospital
• Duration: 3-Month Contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (30 minutes lunch)
• Start Date: March 2025
• End Date: 3-Month Contract (view to extend)
• Rate of Pay: £32 – £38 per hour (paid via Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care in both medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards • Deliver evidence-based medicine and ensure safe and effective use of medications • Review and monitor medication therapy, making appropriate adjustments when needed • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Prior hospital wards experience, specifically in medical and surgical wards
• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • A commitment to providing high-quality care to patients
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, including a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance and service needs.
