- Schedule: 5 days a week, 9am-5pm, 30-minute lunch break

- Rate of Pay: £17ph-£20ph

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving patient care within the NHS hospital setting. In this role, you will:
- Perform medicines reconciliation and ensure accuracy of medication records
- Provide medicines advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Support the delivery of safe and effective medication use across the hospital
- Assist with the safe storage and handling of medicines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medication records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of medicines management and pharmacy operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability for 5 days a week, working from 9am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is for a duration of 3-6 months, with a potential extension based on performance and service needs.
