Are you a Band 6 Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding locum role in Devon? We have an exciting opportunity for a community physiotherapist to join the Community/Intermediate Care Team with great pay and flexibility!
• Job Title: Community Physiotherapist (Band 6)
• Location: Devon
• Duration: Ongoing, with potential for extension
• Schedule: Full-time (open to part-time candidates)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £24 – £26 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of the Community/Intermediate Care Team. In this role, you will:
• Assess and treat patients in their homes, providing rehabilitation and care to individuals with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop and implement personalised care plans to improve patient outcomes and promote independence
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, GPs, and social workers, to provide holistic care
• Support patients to manage long-term conditions, and help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience in community physiotherapy or a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time position, but part-time candidates will also be considered. The contract is ongoing with a possibility for extension based on service needs and performance.
