Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
Location: Surrey, NHS Hospital
Duration: Ongoing contract
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Flexible – Choose 3, 4, or 5 days per week
Rate of Pay: £15 – £20 per hour

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe and effective patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Dispensing medication and ensuring accurate prescriptions
✅ Offering medication management advice and support
✅ Assisting with stock control and inventory management
✅ Supporting clinical pharmacy services, including dispensing and checking medicines
✅ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe medicine use
✅ Maintaining accurate patient and medication records
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
✔ Valid GPhC registration
✔ Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification (essential)
✔ Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔ Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
