Job Title: Locum Occupational Therapist

We are currently working with an NHS provider in Cheshire to recruit a Locum Occupational Therapist to support their inpatient services. This is a varied and hands-on role, providing the opportunity to work across multiple specialties, including general medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, and rehabilitation.
This position is ideal for an experienced OT looking for flexibility and the chance to gain experience across a broad clinical setting.
Deliver high-quality OT assessment, treatment, and intervention for patients across multiple specialties.
Support patients to regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional standards.
Contribute to discharge planning and rehabilitation programmes.
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience in hospital-based or acute care settings is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.
Flexible approach to working across different wards and specialties.
