• Job Title: Aseptic Pharmacist (Band 8A)
• Location: NHS Hospital, Worcestershire
• Duration: Ongoing Contract
• Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £33 – £37 per hour (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Aseptic Pharmacist (Band 8A) and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in need of aseptic services. In this role, you will:
• Oversee and manage aseptic services, including preparation and dispensing of sterile medicines
• Provide expert advice and support on aseptic techniques and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with aseptic protocols and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe use of aseptic medicines
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies
• Provide training and mentorship to junior pharmacy staff
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Band 8A experience in Aseptic Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge and experience in aseptic techniques
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage aseptic services efficiently
• Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position, with availability required from 3, 4, or 5 days per week, depending on your preference. The contract is ongoing with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
