What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with mental health conditions. This role includes care coordination responsibilities as part of a supportive community mental health team. You will:
Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
Create and implement personalised recovery-based care plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Coordinate care across services and agencies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working with adult mental health conditions in a community or inpatient setting
Previous experience in care coordination (desirable)
Excellent communication and case management skills
The ability to work independently and within a team
A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible position offers both full-time and part-time hours, Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with strong potential for extension depending on performance and service requirements.
