What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients within an Intermediate Care Team, focusing on bed-based and general rehabilitation. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working in intermediate care, rehabilitation, or bed-based services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is a full-time locum position, working Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
