• Job Title: Community Physiotherapist – Band 6
• Location: Surrey (Community-Based Role)
• Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (3–4 Days per Week)
• Schedule: Flexible working – 3 to 4 days per week

• Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in the community living with long-term, post-operative, or musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments in the community
• create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid HCPC registration
• experience working with adult community patients
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
