We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a friendly community team in Cheshire. This role involves delivering pulmonary rehabilitation classes as well as providing one-to-one community physiotherapy to support patients’ recovery and long-term management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pulmonary rehabilitation classes

• Provide individualised assessment and treatment in the community

• Support patients with long-term respiratory and musculoskeletal conditions

• Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider MDT

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient-centred care

Requirements

• HCPC registration

• Experience in community physiotherapy and pulmonary rehab

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Available to start immediately
