Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £24 – £27 per hour (paid weekly, every Friday)
Hunter AHP are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 Pharmacist to join a NHS hospital in South Yorkshire. This position is ideal for a motivated and professional pharmacist seeking consistent weekday work in a friendly and supportive outpatient dispensary setting.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines, working closely with the multidisciplinary pharmacy team and delivering high-quality patient care.
Providing professional pharmacy services within the outpatient dispensary
Checking and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Offering clinical advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals
Supporting safe and effective medicines use in line with Trust policies and procedures
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred (NHS experience advantageous)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Must be available Monday to Friday
