What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in providing high-quality patient care across general, medical, and surgical wards. In this role, you will:
• Conduct patient medication reviews
• Provide expert advice on medication management to clinical teams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Ensure safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital setting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Current GPHC registration as a Pharmacist
• Experience working in general, medical, and surgical wards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9am – 5pm. The contract is ongoing with the possibility of extension based on service needs and performance.
