• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch break)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 6 months (possibility of extension)
• Rate of Pay: £33 – £37 per hour (PAYE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 8a Pharmacist / Manager and play a key role in improving patient care within an NHS Trust. In this role, you will:
• Provide pharmacy services for the rehab ward, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Supervise and support pre-registration pharmacists, providing guidance and mentorship
• Undertake management duties including team coordination and ensuring efficient workflow
• Manage office-based administrative work related to pharmacy services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and medication management
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, regulations, and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A qualified pharmacist with valid GPhC registration
• Previous experience in pharmacy management or a similar supervisory role
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment, preferably with rehabilitation wards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Organisational skills with attention to detail
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch break). The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
