As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll play a critical role in optimising medication use and improving patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and national guidelines
✔ Conducting medicines reconciliation and advising on appropriate therapies
✔ Mentoring junior pharmacy staff and supporting service improvement initiatives
To excel in this role, you should have:
Valid GPhC registration
Hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience (Band 7 or 8a level)
Strong knowledge of NHS prescribing guidelines and protocols
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
