Band 4 Therapy Assistant – Community Rehab Team

We are working with a fantastic NHS community rehabilitation team in Cheshire who are looking to appoint a Band 4 Therapy Assistant to join them in the next two weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for therapy students who are awaiting their HCPC registration and are keen to gain valuable NHS community experience in the meantime.

The Role

You will be working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary community rehab team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation support to patients in the community.

Key duties include:

• Supporting therapists with rehabilitation programmes
• Leading and supervising exercise classes
• Delivering exercise programmes to patients in community settings
• Supporting patients to maximise independence and functional ability
• Maintaining accurate clinical records

Key Details

• Full time – 8:00am–4:00pm
• £15–£16 per hour
• NHS service
• Community-based role
• Must be able to drive (essential)
• No sponsorship available

This role is ideal for a proactive, enthusiastic individual who is confident delivering exercise-based interventions and working independently in the community.
