Counsellor (Brief Intervention) – New Zealand

• Job Title: Counsellor – BI
• Location: North Island Locations (New Zealand)
• Schedule: 5 Days Per Week (Mon-Fri)
• Start Date: ASAP (within 3-6 months)
• Salary: $70,500 – $109,000 (depending on experience and location)
• Bonus: Additional monthly remuneration based on performance metrics

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team working with a mixed caseload which may cover: Youths, Grief, Addiction, Trauma & More – Play a key role in improving the lives of adults with a range of counselling needs. In this role, you will:

• Deliver focused interventions
• Provide training to customer employees
• Deliver counselling in person and remotely

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• experience working with varied caseloads as detailed above
• UK (or equivalent) Driver’s licence
• 5+ years post graduate experience
• NZ Association of Counsellors registration (ideally in process or already obtained)
• a commitment to make the move to New Zealand within 3-6 months

Further Details:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday – Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is on a permanent basis and the role is on the green list which means 2 visa routes are available; Straight To Residence (self funded) or Accredited Employer Work Visa (self funded)
