• Job Title: GP Surgery Pharmacist
• Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
• Duration: 6 months contract
• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week – Afternoons (1:00pm – 6:00pm)

• Rate of Pay: £30 – £35 per hour (via LTD company)

Join our GP client’s team as a remote GP Pharmacist and play a vital role in supporting primary care services. In this role, you will:
conduct structured medication reviews
sign prescriptions in a timely manner
manage clinical admin, including discharge summaries
ensure safe and effective use of medicines
liaise with GP teams for coordinated care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
current GPhC registration
experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
strong working knowledge of EMIS Web
excellent communication and clinical skills
ability to work independently in a remote setup
This is a flexible, remote working role requiring availability for afternoon sessions, ideally 4 or 5 days per week. Contract is for 6 months, with long-term potential.
