Independent Prescribing Pharmacist – GP Surgery – Leeds
£30–£40 per hour
3–6 month contract
Full-time, 5 days per week (on-site)
We are seeking an experienced Independent Prescribing (IP) Pharmacist to support a GP surgery in Leeds. This is an excellent locum opportunity offering competitive rates and a stable contract.
Conduct medication reviews and optimise patient treatment plans
Prescribe safely and effectively in line with local and national guidelines
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to both clinicians and patients
GPhC registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescriber qualification
Previous experience in a primary care / GP surgery setting preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
This role is 5 days a week, on-site, making it ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a patient-facing environment and want to make a direct impact in primary care.
