A Day in the Life of an Acute Elderly Physiotherapist:

Join our team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist and make a real difference in the lives of elderly patients in an acute hospital setting. Your core responsibilities include:

✔ Performing comprehensive patient assessments tailored to individual needs.
✔ Creating and implementing personalised care and rehabilitation plans.
✔ Delivering evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and independence.
✔ Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
✔ Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in line with regulations.
✔ Keeping up to date with industry best practices and medical advancements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• HCPC registration (or relevant governing body registration).
• Experience working with elderly patients in an acute setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working arrangement with availability from Monday to Friday. The contract is for 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
