Locum Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner (APP) – Birmingham
A private client is seeking a Locum Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner (APP) to join their community-based outpatient services in Birmingham. This role will support the development of in-house physiotherapy expertise across Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain Management, enabling patients to access a wider range of treatments within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct independent secondary care-level consultations for a variety of orthopaedic cases
Undertake clinical diagnosis, request and interpret investigations, and develop management plans
Provide specialist clinical/professional advice to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
Support physiotherapy colleagues as needed and contribute to clinical audits and triaging
Hours & Working Pattern:
Up to 40 hours per week
Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – flexible 08:00–20:00
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 16:00–20:00
Location: Birmingham
