What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Rehabilitation Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients within the community. In this role, you will:
• Perform patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised rehabilitation care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
• HCPC registration
• Experience in community rehabilitation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
