What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in a community hospital ward-based setting, where your expertise will make a significant impact on patient recovery and discharge outcomes. You will:

• Complete mobility assessments for patients across a range of conditions

• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes

• Lead and participate in discharge planning with the wider MDT

• Monitor progress and adapt treatment goals as needed

• Work closely with occupational therapists, nurses, and discharge coordinators

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration

• Previous NHS experience in inpatient ward-based physiotherapy

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• A UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for site access)

• Commitment to high-quality patient care and rehab outcomes

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers full-time hours Monday to Friday, though flexible or part-time working may be considered. The contract is ongoing, with a high chance of extension based on performance and service demand.
