JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a Band 6 Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding locum role in Surrey? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Physiotherapist (Band 6)
• Location: Outskirts of Surrey
• Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: Full-time (part-time applicants considered)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £25 – £26 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our General Medicine Team and play a key role in improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients within a general medicine setting
• Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Support discharge planning and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide mobility assessments and respiratory physiotherapy interventions where required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience working within general medicine, acute wards, or inpatient rehabilitation
• Strong assessment, treatment, and discharge planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time position but is open to part-time applicants. The contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
