Locum GP Surgery Pharmacist required – Lancaster – ASAP – remote after 2-4 weeks worked…
Pay: £30–£33 per hour (DOE, via Ltd Company)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible longer hours 8am–6pm)
Contract: Immediate start, until end of March (possible extension)
Location: On-site Lancaster initially, then fully remote after 2-3 weeks of work….
About the role:
Hunter Gatherer AHP are looking for an experienced GP Surgery Pharmacist to join a supportive practice team. You will work through discharge summaries and clinic letters, resolving queries and ensuring patient care is optimised.
Key responsibilities:
Review and action discharge summaries and clinic letters
Identify and resolve any medication queries
Collaborate with the GP team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
Proven GP surgery experience
Independent Prescribing (IP) not essential but desirable
Confident using EMIS & Docman
Available on-site initially for 2–4 weeks (longer on-site availability is preferred), then remote work possible – a laptop can be provided for remote work.
