Job Title: Independent Prescriber Pharmacist (Remote)
Location: Buckinghamshire (Remote role)
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6 months from start
Rate of Pay: £40–£50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting GP services remotely. In this role, you will:
conduct structured medication reviews for patients
provide safe and effective prescribing within scope of practice
collaborate with GP teams to optimise patient outcomes
maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Independent Prescribing qualification
experience using EMIS clinical system
experience in medication reviews and prescribing in primary care
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time remote position requiring availability 5 days per week. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
