Role: MMT Pharmacy Technician (Band 5 only)
Contract: Minimum 3 months – potential to extend
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
Shifts on a roster basis: 8:30am–5pm, 9am–5:30pm, 11:30am–8pm
Pay Rate: £19 – £24 per hour (paid weekly, every Friday)
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MMT Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) to join a leading private hospital in London. This is a fantastic locum position suited to a motivated technician looking to build on their clinical and ward-based experience within a supportive and professional hospital environment.
Carrying out Medicines Reconciliation for new admissions and discharges
Supporting Medicines Optimisation initiatives across wards
Participating in dispensary duties, including accuracy checking and dispensing
Conducting stock checks and ensuring effective medicines management across departments
Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC
Hospital experience essential (MMT experience preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
