Join our team as a Community Neuro Rehab Dietitian and play a key role in improving the lives of neurological patients who have been discharged or are managing progressive neurological conditions. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for neurological patients
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based dietary interventions to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience working with neurological patients in a community or rehab setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers a full-time working position requiring availability from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, totalling 30 hours per week. The contract is for 2 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
