What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist and make a significant impact. There are roles available  across multiple acute clinical areas. In these roles, you will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualised care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes. Roles available across the following areas:

1. Acute Community Skills – Covering ICB beds to provide essential rehabilitation.
2. Medicine/Older Person’s Medicine/General Surgery – Supporting patients in these key clinical areas.
3. Paediatrics – A shared post with another clinical area, treating children in an acute setting.
4. Neuroscience – Stroke/Neurology – Treating patients with neurological conditions, including stroke and other neuro-related issues.
5. Front Door – Providing assessments and early interventions for patients entering the acute care pathway.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in one or more of the clinical areas listed above is highly desirable
• Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• A flexible approach to working across different clinical settings

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, with part-time options available depending on your preferences. The contract is set to start in March 2025, and there is the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
