Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist and play a pivotal role in improving the lives of patients with neurological conditions and stroke. In this role, you will:
Carry a complex caseload of patients with neurological conditions and stroke
Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide personalized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation to optimize patient outcomes
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Support and mentor junior staff in providing high-quality patient care
Visit patients in their own homes and local community settings to deliver therapy
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid HCPC registration
Significant experience working with neurological conditions and stroke rehabilitation
A car driver with access to your own vehicle for home and community visits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility around working hours. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
