What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Locum Pharmacist and provide essential support in an NHS hospital outpatient dispensary. In this role, you will:
dispense outpatient prescriptions safely and efficiently
review and process prescriptions in line with NHS guidelines
liaise with clinical staff to ensure accurate medication provision
deliver excellent patient-facing service and medication advice
maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with SOPs
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration
prior experience in hospital or community pharmacy settings
excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
strong communication and interpersonal abilities
a proactive and team-oriented approach to patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The initial contract is 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension depending on service needs.
