What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our hospital based client as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in supporting safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care across a variety wards and implementing EPMA systems
Requirement for the role:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Hospital pharmacy experience – ideally using EPMA systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM with a 45-minute lunch break. The contract is ongoing, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
