• Rate of Pay: £30–£35 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patient care in a well-established GP surgery. In this role, you will:

• Conduct structured medication reviews

• Support patients with minor ailments and long-term conditions

• Focus on hypertension management and prescribing (IP required)

• Collaborate with GPs and the wider clinical team

• Use EMIS and SystmOne to manage patient records accurately

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration

• Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification

• Previous experience in GP surgeries or primary care

• Competency with EMIS and SystmOne

• Excellent communication and clinical skills

• A proactive, patient-centered approach

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time locum role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
