Job Title: Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber)
Location: Hull
Duration: Ongoing locum contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £30-£35 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in primary care. In this role, you will:
Carry out structured medication reviews
Prescribe for minor ailments and long-term conditions
Improve patient outcomes through personalised treatment plans
Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
Primary care or GP surgery experience (preferred)
Strong clinical and communication skills
A proactive and patient-focused approach
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum post, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with ongoing availability. Flexible contract with strong potential for long-term extension.
