• Job Title: Locum Pharmacist – Hospital Outpatients
• Location: Multi-site across Warwick/Coventry (Free parking available)
• Duration: 3 months minimum
• Schedule: Ideally Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (minimum 3 months)

Join the hospital outpatient team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication supply. In this role, you will:
clinically screen prescriptions
carry out accuracy checking of dispensed items
ensure safe and appropriate medication supply to outpatients
liaise with pharmacy and wider healthcare teams
maintain accurate patient and dispensing records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
current and valid GPhC registration
strong prior community pharmacy experience
experience in clinical screening and checking
excellent attention to detail
the ability to work independently within a busy outpatient setting
This role requires availability ideally Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The contract is for a minimum of 3 months with strong potential for extension.
