Are you a Pharmacy Dispenser looking for a short-term locum role within an NHS hospital setting? We have an excellent outpatient pharmacy opportunity in North West London, ideal for dispensers with strong community or dispensary experience.

Job Details

• Role: Locum Pharmacy Dispenser

• Setting: NHS Hospital – Outpatient Pharmacy

• Location: North West London

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: 6–8 weeks

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Lunch: 30 minutes

• Pay Rate: £16.00 – £16.50 per hour (Umbrella) DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing of outpatient prescriptions

• Labelling and assembling medications in line with SOPs

• Supporting pharmacists with daily dispensary workflow

• Managing stock, expiry checks, and dispensing queries

• Providing excellent customer service to patients at the counter

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant dispensary environment

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (essential)

• Previous dispensary experience (community or hospital)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• No prior hospital experience required
