• Job Title: Band 5 Locum Pharmacy Technician (ACT)
• Location: South East London – NHS Hospital
• Duration: 3-month contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm (30 minutes lunch)

• End Date: 3 months from start date (with possible extension)
• Rate of Pay: £18–£20 per hour

Join our team as a Band 5 Locum Pharmacy Technician (ACT) and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS hospital inpatients. In this role, you will:
• perform accuracy checking of dispensed medicines
• assist with general dispensary duties
• support the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care
• collaborate with pharmacists and the wider healthcare team
• maintain accurate patient and dispensing records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• a current and valid ACT qualification
• no prior hospital experience required – community pharmacy experience welcome
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmacy services
This flexible full-time locum role requires availability Monday to Friday, from 10:00am to 6:00pm (30-minute lunch break). The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
