Salary: Competitive (Band 7/8a equivalent, DOE)

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Therapy Lead to join a leading Neuro Rehabilitation Centre in Surrey. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team and driving excellence in complex neurological rehabilitation.

You will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred therapy services for patients with a range of neurological conditions, ensuring evidence-based practice, clinical effectiveness, and a seamless rehabilitation pathway.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech & Language Therapists.
  • Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation programmes for patients with acquired and progressive neurological conditions.
  • Ensure service quality, clinical governance, and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, medical, and psychology teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
  • Contribute to service development and innovation to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Support staff development through supervision, mentoring, and training.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or another relevant therapy discipline.
  • Significant post-registration experience within neurological rehabilitation.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care.
