Role: Band 6 Practice Nurse – GP Surgery
Location: Near Uxbridge
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Wednesdays only, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Rate of Pay: £26.00 – £28.00 per hour
Setting: GP Surgery / Primary Care
A day in the life:
You’ll provide high-quality nursing care to patients across all ages, including chronic disease management, vaccinations, cervical screening, and general health promotion. You’ll be working as part of a supportive primary care team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Requirements:
✅ NMC registration (Adult Nursing)
✅ Experience working within a GP Surgery or Primary Care setting
✅ Confident in chronic disease management and treatment room duties
✅ Up-to-date compliance and right to work in the UK
