What You’ll Be Doing:
Join a supportive and experienced community team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist specialising in neuro rehab. In this role, you will:

• Provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adults with neurological conditions in the community
• Develop and deliver tailored treatment plans to improve function and quality of life
• Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and wider MDTs to coordinate holistic care
• Maintain detailed and timely patient documentation
• Participate in service development and team meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience in neuro rehab or community physiotherapy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• A passion for person-centred care
• Car driver NOT essential for this role

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, but part-time applicants will also be considered. The service can offer 1 day of remote working per week. The contract is ongoing, with a potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
